TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These terms govern the purchase of products on the website outoffcage.it, operated by Essenses Srl — Via Buenos Aires 51, 14053 Canelli (AT), Italy — VAT No. 01466500053 ("OUT OFF CAGE"). By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

 

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

 

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight color variations may occur depending on the display device. OUT OFF CAGE reserves the right to update prices and the product catalog at any time; the price applicable to confirmed orders is the price at the time of purchase.

 

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

 

An order is finalized upon receipt of the confirmation email. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other displayed methods). In the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount using the original payment method.

 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Times, costs, and methods are described in the Shipping Policy. Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package: if you notice obvious damage, accept the delivery with a reservation or refuse it, and contact us immediately.

 

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For perfumes—products sealed for hygiene reasons—withdrawal is valid only if the seal remains intact. Full details are available in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

 

6. LEGAL WARRANTY

 

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

 

7. PRODUCT LIABILITY AND USE

 

The perfumes are cosmetic products compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009: keep them out of the reach of children and away from flames and heat sources, and use them according to the instructions on the packaging.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

Trademarks, logos, text, images, and site content are the property of OUT OFF CAGE or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. The European ODR platform is available for alternative dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
