RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

 

Every purchase on outoffcage.it is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

 

Email info@outoffcage.it with your name, order number, and the reason for the return within 14 days of delivery. If you have an account, you can request a return directly from your order page. You will receive the return address and shipping instructions.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

For hygiene reasons, perfumes are sealed products: returns are accepted only if the product is intact, unopened, and has its seal unbroken, and is in its original packaging complete with all components (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code). We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or consumed, or that have packaging that is damaged or different from the original.

 

SHIPPING THE RETURN

 

Return shipping is free; once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for the return. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund is confirmed.

 

REFUND

 

We inspect every return upon receipt. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you will receive confirmation via email.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please email us at info@outoffcage.it within 48 hours, attaching a photo, your order number, and the batch number (found on the bottom of the box); we will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
