SHIPPING

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

We ship to Italy and European Union countries with tracked express courier. Other countries: write to us at info@outoffcage.it and we will find the solution.

 

COSTS

 

Italy: free shipping for orders of €50 and up; below this threshold the cost is indicated at check-out before payment. Rest of the world: costs and times calculated at check-out based on destination.

 

TIMES

 

Orders received by 3pm on working days are entrusted to the courier within 2 working days. Delivery in Italy generally takes 1-2 working days (2-3 for the Centre-South and the islands), in the rest of the world it may vary from case to case.

 

TRACKING

 

Upon departure of the package you receive an email with the tracking number and the courier link to follow the delivery.

 

FAILURE TO DELIVER

 

If the courier can't find you, leave a note with instructions for collection or for a new attempt. If the package returns to the sender due to failure to collect it, write to us at info@outoffcage.it and we will organize a new shipment.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

Upon delivery, check the packaging: if it has obvious damage, accept with reservation or refuse delivery, and write to us within 48 hours with photo and order number. We resolve with replacement or refund.
